Key Procedure for Church |
1. Any and all events planned for any Church property need to be submitted to the Church office for approval at least one month prior to the planned event.
2. All Ministry leaders will be required to notify the Church office of the date, beginning and ending time of their event in the Church, the number of people expected to attend the event and if the hall or the main Church, (or both) will be used for the event. 3. For weekly and monthly Ministry’s the ministry leader is required to provide that month’s schedule to the Church office on the first working day of the month including, dates, beginning, ending times, number of people expected to attend and area of the Church needed for their ministry. |
1. In order to obtain a key for the church your event must be submitted and approved by the church office in advance.

ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT - you must come to the church office during normal working hours to sign out the key for the church. (8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. Monday thru Friday) 3. If you are using the facilities when there are no staff members working, you will need to disarm the alarm. 4. After your event, lock the church and/or the Hall, return the key to the lock box. Set Alarm The key MUST be put into the lock box after each use. The key will be removed by office staff. No keys will be left in the lock box. Key sign out privileges will be revoked if you fail to return the key to the lockbox after your event. |
