Art and Architectural Beauty
The Basilica of the Immaculate Conception is a magnificent example of Late French Gothic Revival architecture, renowned for its breathtaking beauty in design, exquisite stained glass, and detailed artistry. Consecrated in 1910, the current building rose from the ashes of the Great Jacksonville Fire of 1901 and stands as one of Florida's finest examples of its architectural style.
